This policy explains what information The Peptide Nook (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit thepeptidenook.com, how it is used and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, we do not sell personal information, and you can browse the whole site without creating an account or giving us your name.
Information we collect
Information you send us
If you email us at contact@thepeptidenook.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use this only to read and reply to your message, and to fix or improve the site when you report a problem.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our hosting server automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested. This can include your IP address, browser type, device type, the page you visited, the page that referred you and the date and time. These server logs are used to keep the site running, secure and fast, and to understand overall traffic. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.
The calculator
The Peptide Calculator runs entirely in your web browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored on our server. If you use the “Copy link” button, your numbers are saved only in that link, which you control.
Cookies
Visitors can read the site without any account or login. The site does not use advertising cookies. WordPress may set a small number of functional cookies, mainly for site administrators who log in. Tools provided by our hosting company may also use cookies or similar technology to deliver pages and keep the site secure. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How we use information
- To reply to your messages and requests.
- To operate, secure and improve the site, including fixing errors you report.
- To understand, in general terms, which pages are useful to readers.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that run the site, and only as needed for them to provide their services:
- Hostinger hosts the website and our email inbox.
- Cloudflare provides our domain name service and handles redirects from our other domain.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety and security of the site and its users.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, including research sources and, in some cases, businesses that offer products or discount codes. See our Disclosure for details. When you leave our site, the other website’s own privacy policy applies, and we are not responsible for how it handles your information.
How long we keep information
We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation. Server logs are kept for a limited time by our host and then deleted or rotated.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, such as a past email conversation. Email contact@thepeptidenook.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor requests made under them.
Children
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we rely on reputable providers to host the site and our email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
