CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin Blend

In plain English

This blend pairs CJC-1295 (no DAC), which amplifies the brain’s growth hormone signal, with ipamorelin, which triggers a clean growth hormone pulse. Together they produce a bigger, more natural pulse than either alone.

What it's used for

  • Raising natural growth hormone
  • Sleep quality
  • Recovery
  • Body composition and fat loss

Benefits

In human studies, combining a GHRH analog with a ghrelin-type peptide released several times more growth hormone than either alone. Users report deeper sleep, better recovery and gradual fat loss.

How it works

In simple terms: one turns up the volume, the other presses play.

CJC-1295 (no DAC) activates GHRH receptors, priming the pituitary. Ipamorelin activates ghrelin receptors, triggering release. Acting on both pathways together produces a strong pulse that still follows the body’s natural rhythm. See the individual entries for details.

Development history

  • 2000s–2010s: Users pair the two after research shows GHRH and ghrelin-type peptides work together.
  • 2020s: Pre-mixed vials become common.

Typical protocols

Educational information only, not medical advice. The information below describes how this peptide has been used in research, on prescription labels or by users. It is not a recommendation. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing anything.

These ranges are what users commonly report. A common vial is 10 mg: 5 mg of each.

Use Total blend dose Frequency Notes
Standard 200–300 mcg (100–150 mcg of each) Once daily before bed, or up to 3 times daily Empty stomach

Cycling

Commonly run for 8–12 weeks, then a break of 4 or more weeks; some use 5 days on, 2 off.

Administration options

Subcutaneous injection.

Reconstitution and dosing calculator

A 10 mg vial (5 mg + 5 mg) is often mixed with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water, so 200 mcg of the blend is 4 units. For a blend, enter the total mg in the vial and the total dose you want. The calculator then gives the units for the whole mix.

1Peptide in the vial

The total amount printed on the vial label.

2Bacteriostatic water added

More water makes each dose a bigger, easier-to-measure draw. It does not change how much peptide is in the vial.

3Dose per injection

Use the dose from your protocol or your clinician. 1 mg = 1,000 mcg.

4Your syringe

All three are U-100 insulin syringes: 100 units = 1 mL. Smaller barrels make small doses easier to read.

    Side effects and safety

    • Flushing, head rush, water retention and tingling in the hands.
    • Mild hunger.
    • Can affect blood sugar; people with diabetes should be cautious.
    • People with active cancer are usually advised to avoid growth hormone-raising peptides.
    • Prohibited in competitive sport (WADA).

    Common stacks

Usually used on its own, since it is already a stack.

    Storage

Powder: refrigerate or freeze. After mixing: refrigerate at 2–8 °C and use within about 3–4 weeks.

    Compare with

    • Tesamorelin: a stronger GHRH analog with human data for belly fat.
    • Separate vials: allow different doses of each.

    Frequently asked questions

    Why before bed?

The body’s biggest natural growth hormone pulse happens in early sleep, so a bedtime dose adds to it.
